This 8 week course will help you manage your mental wellbeing. The topics include relaxation, nutrition, sleeping better, exercising, challenging negative thoughts and much more!
You don’t have to share anything with the group if you don’t want to. This is a safe space.
The course is for ages 15+ but anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The spaces are limited, to book yours call Annette on 07969 814 442.
