Friends of wrexham museum

The Friends of Wrexham Museum are beginning their meetings again. They will take place every on the third Tuesday of the month from September 2022 to June 2023.

We have a programme full of very interesting speakers.

Friends of Wrexham Museum Overview

The objectives and aims of the Friends are to promote, support and assist Wrexham County Borough Council’s Museums and Heritage Services.

The Friends is a charitable trust and, as such, is run according to rules laid down by the Charity Commissioners. It is not part of the Council but a private body run by its members. The members elect a small committee from their number to run the organisation.

The money collected pays for speakers and donations to the Museum for projects and new items for display.
