Mindful Writing Workshop

Unlock your creativity at this unique mindful writing workshop. Mindful writing is an approach that uses playful, exploratory exercises to help free your inner voice.
This mindful writing workshop is themed on springtime. During the session, you will reflect on what it means to open up and embrace new possibilities, taking inspiration from nature and the expansive energy all around us. You will use writing exercises that explore and play with language, without fear or self-judgment.
During the session you may come up with ideas that you can develop and polish in your own time.
The session includes a short guided meditation. Advice is given on journaling and you will read the work of other mindful authors for inspiration.
This workshop is with Tom George, a writer, musician, mindfulness tutor and director of Mindful Arts.
All sharing of work is voluntary and non-judgemental. There will also be a break with free hot drinks available. Please bring your own writing materials.
The cost of this workshop is £30 for the standard ticket. Reduced tickets of £23 are available if you would struggle to pay the full price. No explanation is needed.
