Yoga Mindfulness Woodland Retreat

Embark Forest Yoga Wellness present a Woodland Retreat for Women.

Our accredited instructor, Cathy Fort, from Fusion Health & Wellbeing, will lead these yoga and mindfulness sessions. Cathy is an experienced Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness, and Walk leader. She will guide you through sequences and relaxation, allowing you to focus your energy and clear your mind.

Yoga sessions will consist of Activations and Energy Block releases, including themed sequences such as the Earth Sequence

Breathwork will include an introduction to breathing patterns that can help relax, reduce stress and also calm the mind.

Sessions will include a guided self-massage such as a hand or foot massage, or an Indian Head massage using essential oils.

Mini-workshop using essential oils (make your own facial/foot scrub or blended bath oil to keep and enjoy).

Guided relaxation – Question and answer session – Time out to reflect, relax, and journal

Guided mindfulness walking in the surrounding countryside.

Wellness Yoga and pilates walking – this is the practice of standing yoga and pilates, which you can enjoy while walking in the beautiful Shropshire countryside.

Have an evening around the campfire relaxing in the great outdoors and watching the stars.
