Hello and welcome to our September issue! Our feet are slowly touching back down after a month of enjoying all the brilliant summer events, parties and festivals around Wrexham. Lots of sunshine, music, happy faces and people having a good time – this is why we Love Wrexham!
And now the holidays are over and the kids are back to school, we thought we’d bring a little bit of calm back to your home. This month we meet Eric in our Talk of the Town feature, owner of plant-e, an award-winning plant shop on Charles Street. Eric has created an amazing business through his passion and love of plants, and is officially recognised as the Best Plant Shop in Wales – you’ll see exactly why on Page 7.
If plant life is your thing, you may also be interested in Stori Brymbo on Page 12. It’s one of Wrexham’s newest attractions, which has been in the making for over 300 million years! The full, amazing story is inside, and be sure to visit the fossil forest sometime – it’s mind blowing!

After a brilliant debut in the Championship and a busy summer tour, we celebrate the start of the new campaign for Wrexham AFC.
