The guys decided from the start that things would be different to typical computer shops and they would treat customers how they would want to be treated themselves! Steve and Chris feature a very hard to beat no-fix, no-fee policy with no catches – it’s fixed or it’s free! They do not charge extortionate prices for jobs and also make repairs quickly and correctly!
They also decided never to make a customer feel stupid! There is no judgement for not knowing tech – it’s what they’re here for! If you can’t ask them, who are you supposed to ask?
Same-Day Repairs
Geek Cabin regularly bring back to life liquid-damaged items, broken ports, and laptops/MacBooks that would normally be beyond repair. They also provide same-day microscope services for HDMI port replacements on games consoles and charger ports on tablets.
