A Festival for Every Walker
Over 450 people joined the 21 walks during this year’s nine-day Wrexham Walking Festival. This came despite some mixed weather. Industrial Estate Reaches Full Capacity
FI Property Group has announced that Wrexham Point, its latest industrial development, is now fully let. The scheme sits on Wrexham Industrial Estate and has reached full occupancy following strong demand from businesses seeking high-quality, flexible space. Consequently, the company is now progressing further developments across the estate. These include Wrexham 1M and Wrexham 152, both first reported on in January last year.
Tim Knowles, founder and managing director of FI Property Group, said the milestone reflects strong demand for modern industrial space. Wrexham 1M alone will provide up to 1,000,000 sq ft. It forms part of the £160 million Advanced Manufacturing Investment Zone. This is one of the largest schemes of its kind in North Wales. Wrexham Point itself consists of newly built units designed for growing businesses on the UK’s second-largest industrial estate.
Therefore, the growth looks set to continue well beyond this summer. Together, the two stories reflect a county on the move. Some residents are lacing up their walking boots, while others watch new investment take shape on their doorstep.
