Now in its fifth year of support, Swansway Group, Wrexham Volkswagen and Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham are continuing to help not-for-profit Circus Starr with their mission to enrich and inspire the lives of children and families across the UK through the magic of circus performance.
The group has announced their latest donation to Circus Starr for an amazing £5,340. The gift is a result of the group’s sales of Motability vehicles. For each car sold on the scheme, the group donates £20. Consequently, this donation enables a child and their carer to attend and enjoy a circus show.
Swansway Group Director David Smyth said, “We are so happy to see Circus Starr return with their tour this summer. We know it will bring joy to so many families who have felt the pain of the last year or so. ”
A Fantastic Array of Talent
Circus Starr’s summer 2021 tour is taking place indoors. It will delight visitors with a fantastic array of circus talent, from balancing skills to contortion. All performances will have sanitising stations, one-way access and a much smaller capacity than usual.
Sarah Hall, Communications and Engagement Manager at Circus Starr, commented, “A lot of planning has gone into our summer tour, and it is so lovely to see so many families coming along to enjoy seeing our performers!”
