Indulge at the Delph is their new Friday and Saturday menu creation that sets new standards for fine dining in the area.
Absolutely Top-Notch
I had the pleasure recently of dining out at the Delph on Brittania Road, Acrefair. We took the opportunity to sample their new menu, and I can safely say it was emphatically top-notch.
Head Chef Mateusz Gajos has created “Indulge at The Delph”. He uses only the finest local ingredients, which, when added to his skilful and unique culinary talents, make for a particularly unforgettable gastronomic experience.
The small and intimate restaurant provides the perfect setting for any special occasion, date night, birthday, anniversary or just a night of fine dining.

Complex Preparation
Their starters include some gorgeous scallops and my particular favourite, the Char Sui glazed pork belly, which included the tastiest diced black pudding!
The beef served as one of the main courses was probably the best I’ve ever tried. It was almost as soft as butter, thanks to Mateusz’s mind-bogglingly complex preparation methods.
This love and devotion is also present in the desserts, and the chocolate and orange tart was to die for.
The Indulge menu at the Delph is only available on Friday and Saturday, and I can thoroughly recommend it!

The Delph
The Delph is an independent, family-run bar and restaurant located between Wrexham and Llangollen in Acrefair.
When we first opened our doors in 2021, we had the vision of creating a warm and inviting venue for families, serving high-quality food and drink, and we hope that we have done just that!!
We are proud to offer a menu using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Furthermore, there is a wide range of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and coffees.
With a large beer garden and outdoor play area for children, a function room for private parties and also ample free parking, we have plenty for everyone here at The Delph.

They are open from noon every day and James and Nicola look forward to welcoming you to The Delph.
