Beech Avenue Kitchen operate out of their premises on Bryn Lane at Bryn Business Centre, where they specialise in supplying local shops and online customers with their delicious food and drink.

Beech Avenue

Brian and Melissa started brewing beer at home during lockdown on Beech Avenue in Gresford. Due to Brian’s redundancy, they decided to go for it and start their own microbrewery. Melissa has lived in Wrexham since she was about 6 months old and has a background in law, while Brian was an accountant and is a relative newcomer, having lived in Wrexham for seven years!

The couple found a space on a local farm in Holt where they were able to convert their grain silo into a suitable space for brewing. This is where their logo, showing the silo, came from. After brewing a raspberry beer one day, they decided to use the leftover fruit to make a liqueur for themselves.

They now feature a range of these award-winning liqueurs. They’ve just reduced their online prices so order today and pick up a bottle of summer! Free shipping on orders £30 and over. Their range of liqueurs now includes two local collaborations with Border Honey and Wrexham Bean Co.

Pop-up Taproom

As the business grew, they needed more space and soon moved to Rhosddu, where they were able to run their own pop-up taproom, which proved popular with locals and workers on the Industrial Estate. At the end of 2024, they ended up moving to their kitchen at Bryn Business Centre on Wrexham Industrial Estate, where they are coming up with great products to fill the shops, including their own Wrexham hot chocolate – we’ve tried it and it’s excellent!

The pair are looking forward to more local collaborations when they’ll be inviting producers to come and cook at their supper clubs, including Valerie and Stan from Goch & Co.
