One Of The UK’s Best Workplaces

Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, has officially named Moneypenny one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023).

A Collaborative And Unique Culture

Moneypenny’s collaborative and unique culture is just one of the reasons why employees believe it’s a great place to work.

Moneypenny has 1,250 staff based in the UK and the US. It offers cutting-edge technology powered by excellent people capturing every business opportunity. They provide leading communication solutions, including call answering and live chat, to help businesses of all shapes and sizes.

The Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work to determine the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for the Wellbeing list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security. Evaluations also included assessing how well the organisation could consistently deliver employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Genuinely Contented

“At the heart of every organisation are its people. Looking after their wellbeing should be much more than a package of impressive perks on a careers website,” explains Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK.“We know when employees feel at ease within their roles, they are more engaged and productive.  Now in our second year of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, we can showcase the leading organisations providing cultures conducive to outstanding psychological, physical, and social wellbeing.  A huge congratulations to Moneypenny for making this prestigious list.”

Joanna Swash, Group CEO at Moneypenny, said, “We are really happy to be named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work®.
